Meet Your Hashi's Coach:  Dr. Carolyn Stone

Hi! First of all, I'm so glad you're here. I believe that the universe brings us what we need and I sincerely hope that this program is in alignment for you. 

A little background: Shortly after graduating from medical school I diagnosed myself with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and was also suffering from severe adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalance.  Life was pretty rough for a hot minute.  Then I went back to the foundations, back to the basic naturopathic principles that I held so dearly, and was able to regain my health.  I feel better now in my late 30s than I did in my 20s! 

Through my struggles I found my passion. I began focusing my practice on the very things I healed myself from and now I want to share that with even more people.  People from all over the U.S. and even other countries have contacted me to become patients, but I am limited to practicing primary care in my home state of Arizona. That's why I decided to develop this group coaching program - so I can help more people regardless of location. No matter where you're at - I got you! Thank you for being here!

Meet Your Online Trainer:  Dr. David Skolnik

David Skolnik is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Pain Free Performance Specialist who has been treating patients and training clients in person and online for nearly a decade. His professional North Star is his understanding that Exercise is Medicine and his belief that everyone should have access to the highest quality "medicine" possible. He has worked with patients and clients of all shapes, sizes, ages and activity levels - from youth athletes to 103 year olds, CrossFit athletes to weekend warriors and pretty much everyone in between. He now specializes in helping clients overcome pain and physical limitations, helping them return to the activities they love with the people they care about the most!

Meet Your In-Person Trainer:  Tiffany Rochelle

Tiffany is a fitness expert, enthusiast, and an inspiration to females all over the world.
Tiffany started her fitness journey when she was transforming her own mind, body, and soul. It was in that ah-ha moment she was inspired to become a personal trainer to help others do the same. She is constantly learning and doing research because she strives to provide the best possible experience to her clients so they have the tools to have longterm success with their goals. Her favorite motto is "Change your mind, change your life." It's a quote that she lives by, trains by, and swears by because she knows the power of a positive and disciplined mindset can significantly impact one’s life. She is a living example to her clients of the power they have to ENVISION the best version of themselves.

How much time can I expect to dedicate to this course?

The weekly live calls are set for 1 hour. For the rest of the material included in the coaching portion I would expect to spend an additional hour per week. If you choose to do the training portion that will add more time.
