Meet Your Coach:  Dr. Carolyn Stone

Hi! First of all, I'm so glad you're here. I believe that the universe brings us what we need and I sincerely hope that this program is in alignment for you. 

A little background: Shortly after graduating from medical school I diagnosed myself with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and was also suffering from severe adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalance.  Life was pretty rough for a hot minute.  Then I went back to the foundations, back to the basic naturopathic principles that I held so dearly, and was able to regain my health.  I feel better now in my late 30s than I did in my 20s! 

Through my struggles I found my passion. I began focusing my practice on the very things I healed myself from and now I want to share that with even more people.  People from all over the U.S. and even other countries have contacted me to become patients, but I am limited to practicing primary care in my home state of Arizona. Week 4: Sunlight, Sleep, & Adrenals
